Gauging by the sticker on the Benz, somewhere in 2015 or 2016.

My guess is mid  1990s or more recent.

Seems right even without looking at the sticker. Despite being b&w, the lack of film grain, presence of mushy noise reduction, large DOF, and 4:3 crop leads me to believe a cheap/several year old cell phone photo with a filter.
